Kathmandu: Out of the total 18 general insurance companies, four general insurers have declared dividends for the last financial year 2078-79.
Premier Insurance Company, Siddharth Insurance Company, United Insurance Company and Nepal Insurance Company have declared dividends from the profit of the last FY.
Premier Insurance Company has announced 15 percent dividend including 5 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend from the profit of the last FY. Siddharth Insurance Company is going to distribute 9.4737 percent cash dividend only.
Likewise, United Insurance Company has announced that it will distribute 5 percent bonus shares and 0.2632 percent cash dividend from the profit of the last FY and also for tax purposes. Nepal Insurance Company has announced that it will distribute 8 percent bonus shares and 0.4211 percent cash dividend.
