The 376th meeting of the BODs held on Friday has decided to accept her resignation and given the charge of CEO to the company’s General Manager Nabin Sudedi. Paudel had submitted her resignation on the first week of Ashoj 2079. She could serve only one and half year as CEO against a term of 4 years. Paudel is the first female CEO in the Insurance Industry of Nepal.
