Kathmandu: Nepal Insurance has proposed 8 percent stock dividend. The meeting of the board of directors (BODs) held on Friday has proposed to distribute 8% bonus shares and 0.4211% cash for tax purposes.
Investors will get the company’s proposal after the Insurance Board approves it and the next general meeting of the company passes it.
