Kathmandu: The Board of Directors (BODs) of Surya Life Insurance (SLICL) has decided not to distribute any dividend from the profit of financial year 2077-78. The meeting of the BODs held on 9 Ashoj, 2079 has announced that not dividend will be distributed for the year.
Although the company has made a distributable profit in the FY 2077-78, it has announced that the profit will be allocated in the reserve fund amid the ongoing merger process with the Jyoti Life Insurance.
