Kathmandu: The 73rd Annual General Meeting(AGM) of Nepal Insurance Company Limited has been concluded today. The 73rd AGM of the Fiscal Year 77/078 BS held at Nepal Tourism Board, Exhibition Road, Bhrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu under the chairmanship of Arjun Poudel Sharma, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.
The proposal to distribute 11 percent bonus shares and cash dividend (for tax purposes on bonus shares) of the existing paid up capital of the company of Rs. It has been passed unanimously. Now, the company’s paid-up capital will reach Rs 1.37 billion.
