Kathmandu: Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited(NLIC) has proposed dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on January 4, 2022 has decided to distribute 14 percent bonus share and 0.7368 percent cash dividend(for tax purpose against the bonus and cash dividend).
The company has stated that the proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after the approval of the Insurance Board and the upcoming Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company.
