Kathmandu: The first Annual General Meeting of Himalayan Re-insurance is scheduled to be held today at 5:00 pm on November 12 at Hotel Aloft, Thamel, Kathmandu, the company said.
A proposal to issue IPO will be tabled in the AGM. Agenda to discuss and pass the Annual Report of 2077/78 presented by the Chairperson on behalf of the BoDs in the meeting, to discuss and pass the financial statements including the auditor’s report of the FY 2077/78 including the balance sheet, profit, loss, accounts and cash flow details and schedules.
Similarly, the meeting will pass a resolution appointing an auditor for the FY 2078/79 and fixing his remuneration, electing the directors and approving the appointment of an independent director.
In the meeting, proposals will be passed to make necessary amendments in the AoA and MoA and to delegate all the necessary authority to the BODs.
