Kathmandu: The first annual general meeting of Himalayan Reinsurance has been rescheduled. It was scheduled to be held on October 29. The company has stated that the AGM is scheduled to be held on November 12 due to unavoidable circumstances.
A proposal to issue IPO to the public will be tabled in the AGM. Agenda to discuss and pass the annual report of 2077/78 to be presented by the chairperson on behalf of the BODs in the meeting, including the balance sheet, profit and loss accounts and cash flow details and financial statements.
Similarly, the meeting will pass a resolution to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and determining his remuneration, electing the directors and approving the appointment of an independent director.
In the meeting, proposals will be passed to give full authority to make necessary amendments in the MoA and AoA if required due to regulatory’s instruction.
