Kathmandu. Reliance Life Insurance has announce cash dividend of 5.2632 per cent, including a 5 per cent cash dividend and 0.2632 per cent for tax purposes. The dividend is distributed from the accumutaled profit upto FY 2076/77.
The 93rd meeting of the BoDs held on Monday, September 4 has decided to pay the dividend.The company’s current paid-up capital is Rs 2.10 billion. Even if the proposed dividend is approved by the Insurance Board, it will be presented at the next AGM.The shareholders will be able to receive the dividend only after the AGM meeting passes the dividend.
