Kathmandu: The annual general meeting of Rastriya Bima Sansthan for three fiscal years has been concluded today. The company had not held a general meeting for the past 12 years. The organization held a general meeting at its head office in Ramshahpath today.
The meeting has passed the long pending fiscal years 066/067, 067/068 and 068/069 financial and audit report of the corporation.Now, it is expected that soon the corporation will accomplish the audit report and hold AGM within the current FY.
