Kathmandu: Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal)’s insurance premium can be paid through eSewa digital payment gateway.
LIC (Nepal) and e-Sewa signed an agreement on digital payment of insurance premiums on Friday. The MoU was signed by Executive Officer Laxmi Prasad Das on behalf of LIC (Nepal) and Sajan Maharjan on behalf of eSewa at a ceremony held at the company’s corporate office in Putalisadak today.
As per the agreement, the insured will be able to easily pay the renewal premium of LIC (Nepal) 24 hours a day from anywhere through eSewa platform.
To pay the premium, yo need to go to the website of LIC(Nepal) and click on the option of online premium payment.And then login with the insurance policy number, date of birth and email address. The company has stated that the premium can be paid by clicking on the eSewa option that appears after submission of required details.By linking your account through eSewa, you can easily pay at any time without any hassle, which will save the customer time, the company said.
