Kathmandu: Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited is scheduled to hold its third AGM on 9 August 2021. The meeting will be held at the company’s corporate office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 3 pm. Due to the Covid19 pandemic, the company has stated that the meeting will be held through virtual means.
At the meeting, the company will propose an IPO. In addition, the meeting has an agenda to pass the annual report of the Fiscal Year 075/76, audit report of the Fiscal Year 2075/76, profit and loss, account cash flow statement and related financial statements prepared by implementing the schedule NFRS system.
Similarly, the House will also pass a proposal to re-appoint Auditor Hari Mani Acharya, H. Acharya and Associates Chartered Accountant for the Fiscal Year 076/77. The meeting will also approve the appointment of the director.
It has been informed that the records of the shareholders will be maintained on the basis of the share data kept in the share registrar’s office of the company. The attendance book for the meeting will be open from 2 pm till the time of the meeting, the company said.
