Kathmandu. The annual general meeting (AGM) of Sanima Life Insurance Company is scheduled to be held tomorrow.
The 3rd AGM of Sanima Life Insurance Limited too is scheduled to be held on tomorrow. The meeting will start at 11 am at the company’s head office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu. Considering the risk of Covid19 pandemic, Sanima Life is also preparing to hold the meeting through virtual medium.
There is a proposal to issue IPO by registering securities in the meeting. Similarly, by approving the financial statements including the annual report of the Fiscal Year 075/76, the AGM will also appoint the auditor for the last Fiscal Year 076/77 and determine its remuneration.
Similarly, a proposal to review the meeting allowance and other facilities of the operators will be tabled in the meeting. There are proposals to amend the Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Article of Association (AoA) of the company, to give authority to the board of directors to do all the related work if the regulatory body gives instructions to amend the MoA and AoA.
