Kathmandu. Sun Life Capital Limited is going to hold its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 26. The meeting will be held at 9:00 am at the central office of the capital, Putalisadak, Kathmandu. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Capital Limited held on November 1 has fixed the date of the meeting.
The AGM will endorse the annual report of FY 2082/083, the auditor’s report for FY 2082/83, balance sheet, profit or loss account, cash flow statement of FY 2082/83 and other financial statements for FY 2082/83.
According to Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063, the meeting will appoint an auditor for the auditing work of the fiscal year 2083/84 and determine his/her remuneration (the current auditor will be eligible for re-appointment) as per Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063.
The meeting will amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company and authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and implement the directives to be received from the regulatory body.
