Kathmandu. A total of 4 companies have applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue right shares.
Nepal Warehousing Company, Modi Energy, Kalinchowk Darshan and Himalayan Hydropower have sought permission to issue right shares to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). Nepal Warehousing Company has sought permission to issue 100 percent right share, Modi Energy 90.03 percent, Kalinchowk Darshan 100 percent and Himalayan Hydropower 100 percent right share.
Modi Energy will issue 2,61,08,500 units, Kalinchowk Darshan will issue 6.3 million units and Himalayan Hydropower will issue 1,09,50,000 units of right shares.
Himalayan Capital of Nepal Warehousing Company, Himalayan Securities of Modi Energy, Nepal SBI Merchant Banking of Kalinchowk Darshan and Global IME Bank of Himalayan Hydropower have been appointed as the issue managers.
