Kathmandu. Surya Jyoti Life Insurance Company is issuing 3,20,000 units of shares today.
The shares of the promoter group of the company were put up for auction through the auction process. The promoter shareholders of the company as well as any other qualified person can bid for the shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 165 per share. This means that investors will have to bid at or above the minimum price.
The interested bidders must apply for a minimum of 1,00,000 units. Applications can be made for the maximum number of shares.
The tender can be submitted till July 1. The bidders have to submit their bids at the office of NIC Asia Capital at Thapathali, Kathmandu.
