Kathmandu. The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Best Finance Company Limited was held in Kathmandu on Wednesday.
The agm also approved the annual report of the organization for the fiscal year 2081/82 BS and proposals for merger/ merger and acquisition with appropriate banks and financial institutions.
The meeting, Prof. Dr. Ramji Gautam, Sushila Khanal, Ram Chandra Devkota, Khimlal Poudyal, Ram Lal Shrestha and Bishnu Prasad Gyawali have been elected unopposed as directors.
Expressing gratitude to all its shareholders, customers, regulatory bodies and stakeholders, the organization aims to provide services through more effective and innovative financial services in the future.
