Kathmandu. About 25,000 units of shares of Asian Life Insurance Company are for sale.
A total of 24,898 units of shares of the promoter group of the company are for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The application has to be submitted within 35 days. The application can be submitted to the company’s central office at Maitidevi, Kathmandu.
If the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the issue will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
