Kathmandu. Neighborhood Microfinance Financial Institution has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Wednesday has decided to distribute dividend of Rs 904,31,16,25.38 out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 3,61,72,64,101.50 to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year.
The company has decided to distribute 11.9631 percent bonus shares worth Rs 432.735 thousand 898.50 and 13.0369 percent cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 471.58 million.
The dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
