Kathmandu. The twenty-fourth annual general meeting of Samriddhi Finance Company Limited was held at Hotel Avocado in Hetauda on Wednesday. In the AGM, Chairman Ajay Kumar Mishra presented the report of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer Santosh Kumar Ghimire informed about the activities carried out so far.
The AGM unanimously endorsed the annual report of the fiscal year 2081/82 along with the auditor’s report for approval.
Likewise, the AGM unanimously approved the merger process with Pokhara Finance and delegated the remaining works to the Board of Directors of the authority. The meeting also unanimously decided to appoint RSMA Associates as the external auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
