Kathmandu:The fifth Annual General Assemb of IME Life Insurance has passed the proposal to issue IPO.
The AGM concluded on Wednesday, under the chairmanship of Chairman Dr. Ramhari Aryal at Lanchaur Banquet in Kathmandu.
The proposal has been passed to increase the share capital equal to 100% of the current paid-up capital from the promoter shareholders.And then issue IPO to raise additional capital.
A resolution has also been passed to amend to the the company’s articles of association for capital increase, establishing subsidiary companies according to the company’s needs and to authorize the board of directors to make changes accordingly if any instructions are received from the body that records the revised articles of association and regulations.
Similarly, the meeting has passed the financial statements along with the report of the board of directors for the financial year 2077-78.
