Kathmandu: Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has completed the fifth edition of “Business Strategy Conference-2079”. The program held at Hotel Chitwan Paradise in Sauraha was aim at increasing the capacity, motivating and encouraging all the employees who work with sincerity and hard work every day to make the company excellent in every way.
According to Citizen Life Insurance, a total of 114 employees participated in the program. In the program, reviewing the business of the last financial year and discussing the strategy of the new financial year, the company has honored the various branches and employees who performed excellent work in the financial year 2078-079 in 31 different categories.
Along with this, with the aim of making the services provided by the company more customer-centric and technology-oriented in the coming days, there was a discussion between the company’s management group and the employees of the branch about how all tasks related to the company’s administration can be completed more quickly and easily.
The company has also informed that it plans to introduce many other modern and latest digital services in the coming days. By complying with the prevailing laws, policies, rules and directives issued by the regulatory bodies and by maintaining corporate governance in accordance with the guidance of the board of directors, the management is determined to achieve the set business goals and for that, the company’s services have been expressed as a commitment to improve the quality of the company’s services.
