Kathmandu: On the occasion of completing the fifth year of establishment, IME Life Insurance has conducted health camp in all the seven provinces. According to the company, 1,302 people have benefited from the health camp.
According to Kabi Phuyal, Chief Executive Officer of IME Life Insurance, health camp was organized in eight different places of seven provinces with the spirit of social responsibility.
An eye camp program was held at Sunsari Chakraghatti in Province 1. Similarly, dental camps was conducted in Kalaiya of Madhesh province. A cervical cancer camp was organized in Narayanghat in Bagmati province in collaboration with BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital.
According to the company, a general health check-up camp has been conducted at Sotipsala in Lamjung of Gandaki province. Eye camps have been conducted at Gulmi and Rapti Sonari in Banke of Lumbini Province.
A women’s health camp has been conducted at Gumi of Surkhet in Karnali province. A general health check-up camp has also been conducted at Tikapur Narayanpur in Kailali in Sudurpaschim Province.
Earlier, 571 people had donated blood in the blood donation program held across the country last Friday. Similarly, 748 participants were trained and certificates were distributed in the agent training held on Saturday.
