Kathmandu: Prabhu Life Insurance Company has proposed to appoint Santosh Prasain to Chief Executive Officer(CEO). A meeting of the board of directors held yesterday has proposed to appoint Prasai as the CEO.
Prasain is currently working as insurance consultant for Prabhu Life. The Board of Directors has sent the proposal to the Insurance Board for approval. The appointment will be confirmed only after nod given by the regulatory authority.
Prasai, a chartered accountant, had previously worked in Nepal Life Insurance Company(NLIC) for four years and three months. He served as chief executive officer for eight months in NLIC
