Birgunj: The 21st Annual General Meeting of Nepal Life Insurance (NLIC) has unanimously elected four members of Board of Directors.
The AGM has elected promoter Govind Lal Sanghai, Kamlesh Kumar Agrawal, Vivek Agrawal and Shakti Kumar Golyan as members of BOD.The 336th meeting of the Board of Directors held after the AGM has unanimously reelected newly Govinda Lal Sanghai as the chairman of the board of directors.
Though the recent amendment of Institutional Good Governance Directives of Insurers 2074 restricts any member of BODs to enjoy more than two terms, NLIC’s AGM has continued some of the members of BODs even for more than 3 terms.
