Kathmandu: Newly appointed chairperson of the National Life Insurance Prema Rajya Laxmi Singh has taken oath of office and secrecy. He was administered the oath of office and secrecy by the Chairman of the Insurance Board, Surya Prasad Silwal, in accordance with the “Insurer’s Directives on Institutional Good Governance 2075”.
At the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the company held on 29th Falgun, 2078, the Board of Directors of the company was reconstituted and Singh was unanimously re-elected as the Chairman of the BODs.
