Sanima Bank pays Rs. 1 million against Accidental Insurance Benefits to accountholder

Kathmandu. Sanima Bank Limited has paid Rs. 1 million to the dependent of the Dirghayu Bachat Khata(Saving Account) holder against accidental insurance claims.

The bank management has informed that the insurance claim amount has been transferred to deceased Raju Lama’s wife Kalpana Lama Tamang.

The bank’s head of retail deposit management Tankmani Baral and insurance service provider Siddhartha Insurance’s representative Ramji Dhakal jointly handed over the claim amount to Tamang.

According to the bank, Raju Lama Tamang had opened a salary savings account at Sanima Bank’s Kageshwari Manohara branch. The bank has been providing accidental death risk coverage of Rs.1 million along with medical treatment expenses to its account holders of Dirghayu Bachat Khata( Saving Account).
