Himalayan Re’s AGM approves the proposal for IPO issue

Kathmandu: The first annual general meeting(AGM) of Himalayan Re-insurance Limited has been concluded today at Hotel Aloft, Kathmandu. The House has passed a proposal to issue IPO.

In addition, the meeting has discussed and passed the annual report of FY 2077/78 presented by the chairperson on behalf of the board of directors. The meeting has discussed and passed the auditor’s report for the FY 2077/78 including the balance sheet, profit, loss, accounts and cash flow details and financial statements including schedules.

Similarly, the House has also passed a proposal of the appointment of auditor for the FY 2078/79 and fixing remuneration, election of BODs and appointment of independent director.

Likewise, the meeting has passed a proposal to make necessary amendments in the MoA and AoA and to delegate all the necessary authority to the BODs for the same.
