Kathmandu: Khalti Digital, a digital payment service provider promoted by Janaki Technology, has appointed a chief executive officer.
The company has appointed Mr. Binay Khadka as CEO. Prior to joining Khalti, Mr. Khadka was working with NIC Asia Bank. He is a chartered accountant.
Earlier, the overall management of the company was handled by Mr. Amit Agrawal as the managing director. Agrawal is the founder of the Janaki Technology Pvt. Ltd.
According to the company source, the designation of the CEO has been created for the first time in line with the strategy of taking the company to a new height. The digital payment service providers facing intense competition as their numbers increasing.
