Kathmandu: Few Non-Life Insurance Companies have published notice for the enlisting of Insurance Surveyors. The enlisting notices have been published after the instruction of Insurance Board(IB) to release the pending insurance claims as soon as possible.
As per the IB, there’s numbers of unpaid claims in non-life insurance companies due to delayed in survey and on-time assessment of loss. There was wide complaints from participants of nation wide insurance awareness and interaction program that non-life insurers have unnecessarily delayed the claim settlement.
After the instruction of IB, Neco Insurance, Siddhartha Insurance, Sanima General Insurance Company have published the notice for enlisting of Surveyor.
