Prime Life’s 14th AGM scheduled to be held on December 6

Kathmandu: Prime Life Insurance Company is scheduled to hold its 14th Annual General Meeting on December 6, 2021. The meeting of the board of directors of the company held in the morning of November 9 has fixed the date of the AGM.

The company has proposed to distribute 15 percent bonus shares and 0.87 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 2076/77. The agenda will be passed in the AGM.

The agenda to discuss and pass the Annual Report 2077/78 including the balance sheet, profit, loss, accounts and cash flow details and schedules presented by the Chairperson on behalf of the BODs in the AGM will be discussed and passed with the majority of the shareholders.

The Book-closure date for the purpose of AGM and dividend is on November 25,2021. Based on this, only the existing shareholders who have traded in NEPSE till December 24 will be eligible to receive the company’s proposed dividend and participate in the AGM.
