Kathmandu: Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Company and Ajod Insurance will jointly open ‘Reliable Venture Capital’. This capital is invested by reliable, unparalleled businessmen, banks and insurance employees.
The highest investment is Rs.60 million from Reliable and Rs. 30 million from Azod Insurance. The authorized capital is Rs. 600 million and the issued capital is Rs. 500 million. The current paid up capital is Rs. 450 million. Capital plans to issue 10 percent or Rs. 50 million worth of primary shares to the public.
Capital has also taken the internal preparations forward by registering with the Nepal Securities Board. Capital has published vacancy for 12 designation for the top management, including the chief executive officer.Individuals with more than 10 years of experience in investment related organizations can apply for the post of CEO. Educational Qualification must be CFA, CA, ACCA, CPA, MBA or Postgraduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics.
