Kathmandu: The 12th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of Asian Life Insurance Company has elected 7 board of directors for next 4 years. The AGM was concluded on Sunday at Hotel Classic Plaza, Simara,Bara.
The AGM has unanimously elected 4 BOD members from promoters group and 2 BOD members from public shareholder’s group and 1 independent director.
Deepak Kumar Shrestha, Surendra Kumar Goyal, Sushant Chachan and Nistha Pradhanang have been elected as the directors from the promotor’s group of the company. Similarly Surav Roongta and Sajal Maskey has been appointed at the BOD member from public shareholder’s group. Where as Achyut Raj Sapkota has been appointed as the independed director of the BOD.
The AGM has also elected Deepak Kumar Shrestha as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
