Kathmandu: The third annual general meeting of Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has been concluded. The meeting was held today at the company’s corporate office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu through virtual means.
At the meeting, the company has passed a proposal to issue IPO at a premium price. In addition, the meeting has passed the annual report of the Fiscal Year 075/76, the audit report of the Fiscal Year 2075/76, balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement and the financial schedule prepared by implementing NFRS system.
Similarly, the meeting also passed a resolution to re-appoint Hari Mani Acharya, H Acharya and Associates Chartered Accountants as the auditor for the fiscal year 076/77.
