Kathmandu: The investors of United Insurance Company will be disappointed since no dividend has been proposed for the upcoming 27th AGM.
The AGM is scheduled for 15 August 2021.The meeting will be held at 11 am through virtual means.The company has stated that the ID password will be made available on the company’s website for attending the virtual meeting.
The meeting will discuss and pass the annual report of the Fiscal Year 2076/77 and the audit report including the balance sheet of the Fiscal Year 2076/77, profit and loss account and cash flow details, appointment of the auditor for 2076/78 and fix the remuneration.
For the purpose of the meeting, the company has stated that 4 August 2021 will be the book close date for share.
