Kathmandu: Life insurance companies have collected Rupees 99 billion during first 10 months of the current fiscal year. According to Beema Samiti,the regulatory authority, life insurers have collected Rupees 98.89 billion till Baisakh end.
Total 8.397 million policies have been issued till last month end. Nepal Life Insurance leads the market with a total premium earning of Rupees 26.84billion. Life Insurance Corporation Nepal has earned Rupees 14.28 billion.
National Life Insurance is at 3rd position with the premium earning of Rupees 9.26 billion.
