Kathmandu. Jyoti Bikas Bank is going to hold its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 12, 2019. The meeting will be held at 11:00 am at Lisara Reception, Naxal, Kathmandu. The date of the AMICUS meeting was fixed as per the decision of the board meeting of the bank held on Tuesday, February 18.
The AGM will discuss and approve the annual report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2081/82, the auditor’s report along with the financial position of Jyoti Bikas Bank up to Ashad 2082 and the profit or loss account and cash flow statement of the fiscal year 2081/82.
The AGM will discuss and approve the integrated financial statement of Jyoti Capital, a subsidiary company of the development bank, along with the financial statement of FY 2081/82, appoint an auditor to audit the fiscal year 2082/83 as per the recommendation of the audit committee and determine the remuneration of the bank.
