Kathmandu. 16 lakh units of promoter shares of Swalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have been converted into general public.
The company had converted 1,574,995.996 units of promoter shares to the general public to modify the shareholding structure of the promoter and general public.
With this, the promoter group has 51 percent and the general public has 49 percent shareholding.
