Kathmandu. The auction period of more than 14.25 lakh units of shares of Shubham Power has ended.
According to the notice issued by the company, the auction period for 14,31,030 units of shares will end from February 10. Out of the total offered shares, 19,420 units of promoter shares, 19,420 units of employees and 11,610 units of employees have been set up.
The promoter, local and employee shares of any company have to be held for 3 years from the date of IPO allotment.
