Kathmandu. Around 11,000 units of shares of the company are up for sale.
A total of 10,913 units of shares of the promoter group of the company have been put up for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The deadline for submission of the application has been given 35 days. The interested promoter shareholders can apply for the shares at the central office of the company located in Banepa, Kavre.
If the company does not apply for the purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the issue will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
