The claim process under travel insurance is divided into two types – general case and emergency depending on the nature of the claim.
In case of normal status, the insured should contact the insurance company within 31 days of his/her return from travel and submit a claim with all the information and documents related to the claim.
If the insured himself or herself falls ill during the journey, the following procedure should be completed {
