Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the public issuance of 25,00,000 units of Initial Public Offering (IPO) at a face value of Rs 100 per share to the general public. Chairman of Global IME Capital Limited Yagyamurti Neupane and CEO of Global IME Capital Mandip Luitel signed an agreement to this effect in a special program organized at registered office of Global IME Capital at Naxal, Kathmandu on Wednesday.
With the objective of operating a modern, sustainable and local identity-based business in Nepal’s agriculture and tourism sector, B.S. Established in 2076 B.S., the company’s head office is located in Tulsipur, Dang and the contact office is located in Soltimode, Kathmandu.
