Kathmandu. The share prices of four companies have been adjusted. Share prices of Synergy Power, Sun Nepal Life Insurance, Shikhar Insurance and Kutheli Bukhari Small Power have been adjusted in the share price of NEPSE. NEPSE has adjusted the price by fixing the new price after these companies closed the book for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.
Based on the closing share price of Synergy Power at Rs 430.20 on Sunday, NEPSE has adjusted the price after 10 percent bonus share. After the adjustment, the company’s share price has been fixed at Rs 391.09 per share.
The company has adjusted the price of 5 percent bonus shares of Sun Nepal Life. After the adjustment, the company’s share price was fixed at Rs 489.52 per share. NEPSE has adjusted the price of the company’s last share price of Rs 514 on Sunday.
After the 6% bonus share of Shikhar Insurance, NEPSE has fixed the price at Rs 615 per share. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (NEPSE) on the basis of its last share price of Rs 651.90.
After 10 percent bonus share, the price of Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower has been adjusted to Rs 1,650 per share. The company’s price was adjusted based on the last share price of Rs 1,815 on Sunday.
