Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank, as a part of its corporate social responsibility, has provided uniforms and educational materials to the students of Shree Ramkosh Fulbari Secondary School through its branch in Birauta.
The bank’s Pokhara area chief Shiva Kumar Dhakal handed over the uniforms and educational materials to the chairman of the school management committee, Ishwori Prasad Pokharel. Speaking on the handover ceremony, Chairman Pokharel expressed his confidence that the handover of uniforms and educational materials to underprivileged students of Putalibazaar Municipality-4, Ramkosh, Syangja as a part of the Bank’s CSR initiative will be a great addition to the students.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Dhakal expressed happiness that the school uniform and educational materials distributed to the school have been able to help in the development of a prosperous society. The program was attended by the bank’s staffers, SMC Chairperson, Principal of Shree Ramkosh Fulbari Secondary School, teachers and students.
The bank will continue such literacy programs in the days to come in coordination and collaboration with stakeholders.
