Kathmandu. Himalayan Capital Limited held its ninth Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the registered office of Himalayan Capital, Kamaladi-28, Kathmandu. The AGM discussed and passed the report of the Board of Directors and the annual financial statement for the financial year 2082\/83. The meeting also approved the distribution of 15% cash dividend (including tax) as proposed by the Board of Directors. <\/p>\n
Reviewing the achievements of the fiscal year 2082\/83, the Chairman of the meeting expressed his gratitude to the shareholders, customers and stakeholders for their continuous support and cooperation. <\/p>\n
