Neighborhood Microfinance Financial Institution has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Wednesday has decided to distribute dividend of Rs 904,31,16,25.38 out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 3,61,72,64,101.50 to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year. <\/p>\n<p>The company has decided to distribute 11.9631 percent bonus shares worth Rs 432.735 thousand 898.50 and 13.0369 percent cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 471.58 million. <\/p>\n<p>The dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
