The government has revamped and restored the electric system of public procurement (e-GP). <\/p>\n<p>The Public Procurement Monitoring Office under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has brought the system into operation from today. <\/p>\n<p>The Software Development and Operation Centre under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers had shut down the e-GP system from September 26 due to the risk. <\/p>\n<p>There is a legal provision that all public bodies should publish national and international tenders for construction work and materials purchase through this system. <\/p>\n<p>According to the new system, bidders and suppliers will be able to submit proposals online or through hard copy.
