Russia and Ukraine have claimed that their emergency warning systems have been cyberattacked. <\/p>\n<p>The hackers sent fake alerts to the citizens of both countries. This caused panic for a short time. These messages included warnings about radiation hazards and nuclear attacks. <\/p>\n<p>Russia&#8217;s Emergencies Ministry has said that its alert app has been the victim of a large-scale cyber attack. According to the ministry, this attack allowed hackers to send false information. <\/p>\n<p>However, the ministry clarified that the country&#8217;s public alert system was functioning normally. <\/p>\n<p>After the alleged cyberattack, false warnings were also sent from Ukraine&#8217;s air raid warning app. <\/p>\n<p>Ukraine&#8217;s Center for Strategic Communications blamed Russia for the cyberattack. <\/p>\n<p>The organization shared a post on the social media platform X.
