Mountain Energy Nepal has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Monday decided to distribute a total dividend of 21.05263 percent of the current paid-up capital to the shareholders from the profit of the current financial year. This includes 20 percent bonus shares and 1.05263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. <\/p>\n<p>The company has called its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 5 to approve the proposed dividend. The shareholders will receive the dividend after the meeting approves the dividend. <\/p>\n<p>For the purpose of dividend and general meeting, the company has decided to close the book on October 26.
