Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Company has called its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM). <\/p>\n<p>The meeting of the company&#8217;s board of directors has decided to hold the meeting on November 5. The meeting will start at 11 am at Walnut Bistro in Panipokhari, Kathmandu. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting shall approve a proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and the Regulations. The meeting shall also pass a resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to make any changes or suggestions from the regulatory body. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting approved the annual and auditor&#8217;s report for the fiscal year 2082. The meeting approved the annual and auditor&#8217;s report for the current fiscal year 2083. For the fiscal year 84, it will approve the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his remuneration. <\/p>\n<p>For the purpose of the meeting, the company has decided to close the book on October 26.
